BlackBerry Priv and Passport sold with free accessories through February 24

Nothing says “I love you” quite like a special BlackBerry Priv bundle. That’s obviously not true, with diamonds and Deadpool tickets more guaranteed to hit the mark as Valentine’s Day gifts for women and men respectively,
but if you’ve been looking into probably the most secure Android smartphone in the world, now’s the perfect time to pull the trigger.
You can think it through as well, and wait to see if this is what BB meant by discounts landing around MWC 2016. Until February 24, the Priv ships with complimentary leather smart flip cases and Sync Pods in all the countries the Canadian manufacturer directly sells the device, i.e. its homeland, the US, UK, France and Germany.
Stateside for instance, the security and productivity-focused handheld costs $699 unlocked, a price tag that now also covers the accessories typically sold for an additional hundred bucks. The Smart Flip Case is made of genuine Nappa leather, while the Sync Pod lets you prop up the phone for desktop or bedside surfaces, including a USB charging cable too.
Meanwhile, the aging, BlackBerry 10 OS-running Passport can itself be purchased with a free accessory bundle, containing a leather flip case, Sync Pod, and a couple of screen protectors, worth a grand total of $95 when bought separately.
Even better, the boxy device sets you back just $480 for the next few weeks, down from its $500 list price, and bringing the overall savings up to a cool $115. Or the equivalent in non-US markets.
