BREAKING-Madrid striker interested in playing for Nigeria

One of the most promising female footballers in Spain, Victoria Lopez, has refused to rule out..
representing the Nigeria national teams.
Born to a Spanish father and a Nigerian mother, Lopez emerged as the Most Valuable Player of the inaugural LaLiga Promises Women’s National Tournament.
It was a season where she netted seven goals in six games, to win the top scorer award.
Her performances have also attracted the attention of the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
“There are several years left to play for the national team and I don’t know what preference she has.
"I know that as a tribute to her mother, she would like to have the experience of playing for Nigeria’s youth teams.
“The Spanish national teams start at U16, I am optimistic that she will be called up to the U16s after playing for the regional team,” her father, Jesús López-Serrano Pérez, told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Pérez added: “In the Madrid League, her team Infantil A of Madrid CFF play in the Boys’ League in the first division and first in the standings, and Vicky is the top scorer.
“Several important universities in the United States of America are already interested in her.”
