Lamar Odom home life reveals by Khloe Kardashian 'toxic

KHLOE Kardashian has spoken of how exercise and weight loss helped her deal with her “toxic” marriage to Lamar Odom.

During the 31 year old’s first split from Scott Disick’s pal back in 2013, Khloe said it was the Equinox gym in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Woodland Halls which gave her a sense of escape.

"At the time, my family didn't know what I was going through. It was the biggest secret I've kept. I just needed a place to go," she told Harper's Bazaar.

Unable to seek refuge at mum Kris Jenner’s place or hide out at a hotel, Kim Kardashian’s sister said the gym became the perfect place of “solitude”.
