When the man arrived to disconnect those that have

not paid their power bill, the angry residents attacked him, leaving him with several cuts on his head that required stitching.

A staff of the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company, IKEDC, is in severe pains as he was stabbed on the head with a broken bottle by residents for attempting to disconnect power from a community.

According to reports, the community in Lagos has not had power supply for three weeks.

A video shared online shows him crying out in pain as his wounds are stitched.
