Ahead of his uncle's inauguration, Davido makes his first appearance in public

 

Since his son Ifeanyi Adeleke's passing, Nigerian artist Davido Adeleke, also known

as his stage name Davido, has not been seen in public. 

As may be remembered, Davido has been quiet on social media since his son Ifeanyi Adeleke drowned on October 31, 2022. 

The musician was reportedly observed getting ready meet his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke, who is the incoming governor of Osun, today in Osogbo, while dressed entirely in traditional garb, according to Onikewide'Blog.

Oyetola writes in the handover note that she hopes to return. 

In the meantime, Gboyega Oyetola, the departing governor of Osun State, expressed hope on Sunday that the tribunal would decide in his favor and that he would reclaim his position from the Ademola Adeleke-led administration. 

Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) would be sworn in as the state governor at the Osogbo City Stadium today, according to a previous report by Naija News. 

In his handover note, Oyetola, who thinks Adeleke beat him in the governor's race because of fraud, stated that he is just stepping aside to let the legal process play out.
