Asari Dokubo: Atiku, Peter Obi, and Others Cannot Match Tinubu's Success

Asari Dokubo, a former militant leader, has reaffirmed his support for Bola Tinubu, the

APC's presidential candidate.

In a Friday morning interview with Channels Television, Dokubo asserted that Tinubu is far superior to other presidential contenders in terms of competency and capacity.

The Niger Delta activist claimed that the APC candidate's success and legacy in Lagos State are the reasons he is endorsing them for the presidency in 2023.

He continued by saying that the APC candidate had a significant impact on the growth of the South West state and the transformation of the former capital of Nigeria.

"I am with Tinubu for the presidential election because I saw what he did in Lagos State and the legacies he left behind," the man declared.

"Lagos, which used to resemble a large ghetto and a junkyard, has evolved into a worldwide hub and one of Africa's largest economies. Someone gave it a jump start and laid the groundwork.

Those who assert the opposite should be aware that there are individuals who have issues with the government, even in the largest cities in the world.

Although the manifestos of the APC, Labour Party, and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are all excellent, according to Dokubo, how well the policies are carried out relies on the parties' candidates.

He asserted that the APC candidate is the best option for the nation in 2023, despite the fact that Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso were both previous governors and had executive experience comparable to that of Tinubu.

However, the former militant claimed that Atiku Abubakar, the former vice president and PDP nominee, did not possess the same credentials as Tinubu.

Atiku has never actually exercised executive authority. A spare tire, he was. He said, "He was a vice president.
