The DSS discusses poisoning Nnamdi Kanu and claims that it was political

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), reportedly was

poisoned while in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS), however this claim has been denied.

According to DSS, Kanu's problem was not a political one, hence Nigerians should not believe the poisoning report.

According to rumors, the DSS was poisoning Kanu while it had him under its control.

Some young people allegedly intend to set government buildings on fire in the Southeast. "Nnamdi Kanu cannot be refused access to his physicians, and what is taking place to him is political," he declared. Kanu's story is not unique since we treat all of our prisoners nicely, even if they are seasoned criminals.

The idea that Kanu is being poisoned by the DSS is untrue; he has access to his doctors. He does, however, have medical problems, but he still has access to his doctors.

"You know, IPOB's issues and agenda are against the government, so reject all of these reports. We shouldn't expect anything nice from them."
