BREAKING : Chelsea names Jurasek as its new CEO

 Chris Jurasek has been chosen by Chelsea to serve as their new CEO. Chelsea made this

disclosure on Tuesday in a statement posted on its website.

The statement from Chelsea said, "Jurasek will take responsibility for all business parts of the club and will report to the board alongside co-sports directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley, who will continue to be in charge of all the club's sporting activities.

When Jurasek arrived, Tom Glick was leaving his position as president of business.

Jurasek expressed his excitement at joining Chelsea, a team that is adored and supported all around the world, in response to his appointment. I'm incredibly happy to be guiding it through the next phase of its illustrious history.
