 Men of the Rivers State Police Command have exhumed the

decomposing corpse of a kidnapped community leader, Prince Deekia.  

 

The DPO of Bori Divisional Police Station, SP Bako Angbashim on Thursday, April 8, led his team and some family members to the forest near Bonny-Andoni waterways, where the decomposing body was exhumed from a shallow grave.  

 

Prince Deekia, the Community Development Committee (CDC) Chairman of Kereken-Boue of Babbe District, Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State, was kidnapped by gunmen few weeks ago.

Details surrounding the incident are still sketchy, however, it was gathered that unknown gunmen broke into the home of the CDC Chairman and whisked him away to an unknown destination.
